Hope Powell is the Head Coach of the England Women's team who guided the team to the Quarter-Finals of the 2007 Women's World Cup in China.

Lending her support to the work of Term-Time, she says: "The FA are committed to a policy of Football for All which is exactly as it sounds.

"In 2007 in a diverse multi-cultural country that we live in, people should be able to live their lives - including enjoying football - without the fear of being discriminated against.

"Irrespective of gender, religion, ethnicity, sexuality or physical ability, the same opportunities should be afforded to everyone, and in my role as Head Coach of my country, my criteria for selection is purely down to one thing: what can a player do when they step onto the football pitch."
