An apple a day keeps the doctor away, but what about the dentist?
As part of our health and well-being campaign, Term Time have enlisted the help of our resident dentist Dr. Trevessa Newton. The following dental information video provides you with all the relevant tips and advice on how to keep your teeth free from problems, pain and gum disease.
And remember
- Brush twice a day for at least 5 minutes
- Use a soft brush and replace it promptly when it’s worn
- Floss every day. Flossing allows you to get to the areas you can’t reach with a toothbrush
- See your Dental Hygienist for a check-up at least twice a year
