As Strictly Come Dancing enters its third week on our screens we ask the newest member of the judging panel her thoughts about her role, the contestants and those all important sequined outfits.

Alesha admitted she felt “a lot of pressure” after the complaints came flooding in after week one of airing. However, it seems after three weeks of judging she’s now gained a more chilled out approach to the pressure.

Alesha admitted; “This week I was able to relax and be myself”.

Despite fans criticism, host Bruce Forsyth has stood by Alesha claiming the public’s response was “unfair” and that “everyone on the show was supporting her”. Even jockey Richard Dunwoody, the latest contested to be booted off the show, said “she was absolutely fantastic as a judge”.

Will Alesha carrying on judging? From the sound of things she’s not going down without a fight!
